Q) Do
you provide bulk user discounts
and a monthly invoicing service
?
A) Yes. If you
are like many of our users and need
to buy reports regularly to check
new customers we can look at your
monthly spend and work out a volume
discount for you. Regular customers
can also be reviewed for monthly
invoicing where you have a set credit
limit per month and you clear all
your report invoices at the end
of the month. Please contact us
for more information.
Q) What is
a Companies House document ?
A) Every document filed
with Companies
House since the mid 1990's is scanned,
archived and available for purchase. This
means Company
Incorporation documents, changes to
registered office addresses, appointments
and resignations of directors
and secretaries, annual
accounts, annual
returns, mortgages & debentures
etc. If you are trying to identify the
what paperwork has been filed with Companies
House then we have it.
Q) Why do you
have different types of company report
?
A) We provide different
company reports at different prices because
while our top of the range report is a
comprehensive breakdown of the information
available, not everyone needs that level
of detail. The less expensive reports
contain less information, but you can
identify which credit report is right
for you from our samples.
Q) I
just want to see who are the directors
and secretary of a particular company.
Can you not just tell me that information
?
A) We provide basic information
relating to the registered office address
and the date of incorporation free of
charge for each company registered with
Companies House. However details relating
to directors and secretary of a particular
company is called the Company Director's
Report and is available to buy when you
locate the company
Q) I have
just bought a report. When am I likely
to receive it ?
A) Immediately
! If you didnt see it after you
paid for it then it may be that
you didnt click on the link on the
WorldPay receipt page. If you havent
closed down your browser since you
bought the report, click on the
Purchased
Reports link and you should
see the reports. If you have closed
down your browser you will need
to log in using the details emailed
to you after you bought the report.
If the reports have not yet been
retrieved, visiting the above page
will advise you that the system
is generating the reports. After
they have been created ( just a
few seconds for each report) the
selected reports will be available
to view online.
Q) I accidentally
deleted the email with my username and
password in. How do I get a copy ?
A) If you go to our main
password recovery page here
page and provide the email address you
used when you signed up, you will receive
an email with your password in (your user
name is the email address itself)
Q) I provided
my works email address and I want to change
it to my home account. How do I do it
?
A) If you go to our main
website login
page and provide the email address
and password you will have access
to your TCM control panel. This
control panel has an option to update
your customer details. These settings
are valid for all TCM services.
