We normally register a company as and when you want it registered. Occasionally customers have asked us for much older companies. We have a dormant company registered in December 2003 that has never traded. We will change the company name to your choice and transfer the shares over to you and provide you with the change of name certificate, the original certificate of incorporation and 2 replacement copies of the Memorandum and Articles documents for £899+VAT.
