Confirmation of Registration with an approved body
NOTE: This information is only required if you have a login on our system already but have not yet formed a limited company with us.

We comply with the Money Laundering Regulations and every customer needs to be verified. For one off customers, we carry out the check after submission but if you are an accountant, company formation agent, solicitor etc who carries out many company formations, then your account on our system needs to be checked under the Anti Money Laundering Regulations so that your orders can be processed.

If you are a member of a professional body such as CIMA, ICAEW or ACCA (which means you are already supervised under the MLR) and have a registration number that we can independently verify then we do not need to verify your company, otherwise, we need to carry out an ID check on the partner / director who is responsible for forming the limited companies within your organisation. Once verified (or flagged with your registration number) this will ensure your orders continue unhindered through the system. This is a once only process although we may contact you periodically to ensure you are still members of the relevant body
