Companies House Notifications of Dissolved Companies

In addition to the popular list of newly formed UK companies, from Companies House, we can also provide lists of  dissolved companies (liquidated, struck off, etc)

As these requirements are more specialist, we  request that you give us a call to  go through your requirements, but we can basically supply lists of all dissolved companies across the UK for a particular month or year

If you have a list of customers (with Company registration number), you can use our list to remove dissolved companies from your list and save money on postage etc

The service costs vary depending upon quantity  but can be as little as a 1 pence per record for a years worth of data and around 1.5p per record for a months worth of data. We can do custom jobs to filter by town  or postcode and these are usually around 3 to 4pence per record, depending on quantities (all prices plus VAT).

There are usually around 27,000 to 34,000 dissolved companies per month on average.

Information supplied is the company name and company registration number, and optionally the last registered office address prior to being dissolved. You can then use either of these to match up with your lists to flag your data as no longer trading (we are just supplying lists of dissolved companies, so we cannot remove  matches from your data - this is something for you to arrange with your IT people once you have the list)
